Welcome to Cleanteal Cleaning Service! These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website https://cleantealcleaning.com and our cleaning services. By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, or if you are under 18 years of age, please refrain from using our website and services.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
1. Service Overview
Cleanteal Cleaning Service provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. Our offerings include but are not limited to:
Standard Cleaning – Routine cleaning for homes & offices.
Deep Cleaning – Thorough, detailed cleaning for all spaces.
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning – Pre- and post-move cleaning services.
Post-Construction Cleaning – Cleaning after renovations or construction.
Airbnb Cleaning – Short-term rental cleaning for hosts.
Eco-Friendly Cleaning – Using non-toxic, sustainable cleaning products.

2. Scheduling & Booking Policy
2.1 Appointment Scheduling
- Customers can book cleaning services through our website or by contacting us via phone or email.
- All appointments are subject to availability and require confirmation by our team.
- A 1-2 hour arrival window is required to account for travel time, unexpected delays, and traffic conditions.
2.2 Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate details regarding the size of the premises and any special requests.
- The customer or a designated person must be present at the premises at the scheduled time unless prior arrangements have been made (e.g., key or security code access).
2.3 Lockout & Access Issues
- If our cleaners arrive and are unable to access the premises due to a locked door, lack of entry permission, or an unresponsive customer, a $100 lockout fee will be charged.
3. Payment Policy
3.1 Payment Methods
We accept all major credit/debit cards via our secure client portal or phone payment.
3.2 Recurring Billing
- Customers enrolled in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning plans authorize automatic payments after each service.
3.3 Non-Payment & Collection Fees
- Customers are responsible for any outstanding balances.
- Failure to pay may result in additional collection fees, legal costs, or service suspension.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Cancellation Policy
To avoid cancellation fees, notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service: Cancellations made the day prior – $50 fee applies.
Cancellations within 24 hours – $100 fee applies.
4.2 Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
- We do not provide refunds, but if you’re unsatisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no additional charge.
5. Right to Refuse Service
Cleanteal Cleaning Service reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if: The premises contain hazardous conditions (e.g., mold, hoarding, infestations).
There are aggressive pets or hostile environments.
Weapons, disconnected utilities, or unsafe conditions are present.
If our team must cancel a cleaning due to any of these conditions, a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
6. Customer Property & Liability
6.1 Security & Alarm Systems
- Customers should disarm security systems before our arrival or provide access instructions.
- If a lockout occurs due to an unnotified alarm system, a $100 fee will apply.
6.2 Cleaning Supplies & Equipment
- We provide our own cleaning supplies unless requested otherwise.
- If a customer requests we use their supplies, we are not liable for damage to property or equipment.
6.3 Limited Liability for Breakage & Loss
Our team takes precautions, but accidents happen. If damage or loss occurs, report it within 24 hours.
- We are not liable for fragile items left in vulnerable areas.
- Customers are responsible for moving valuable or heavy furniture if cleaning underneath is requested.
7. Non-Solicitation Policy
Customers agree not to hire or solicit any Cleanteal Cleaning Service employees or subcontractors directly for one year after service termination.
8. Website Usage & Restrictions
Visitors to https://cleantealcleaning.com agree to: Use the website for lawful purposes only.
Not copy, modify, or distribute website content without permission.
Not engage in fraudulent activity or interfere with website security.
Any violation of these terms may result in legal action.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in Alberta courts.
